Type: Residential Remodel
Location: Riverside Harbor Development, Post Falls Idaho
Scope of Work: Interior and exterior remodel of existing 4,000 square foot residence on the Spokane River. Most of the design effort focused on improving the functionality of the main floor of the house and creating better indoor / outdoor connections through the use of folding patio doors and windows. The deck and roof off of the main living room was extended to create an outdoor room and capitalize on river views. The Kitchen was reorganized to incorporate more appliances and to integrate with entertaining guests. The master bathroom (featuring a new walk-in shower) and walk in closet were reorganized to create better flow. At the exterior a new covered entry was added at the front side of the house. All of the siding and roofing was replaced.
