Description: A 151-unit apartment building located on a three-acre parcel in Spokane Valley, Washington. The project features a mix of studio, one bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The site is within walking distance of many developing amenities in the area, mass transit, new schools, healthcare and retail. The design makes use of the unique zoning classification given to it by the city of Spokane Valley with regard to height limit and lot coverage. Construction is anticipated to start in 2021.
