Description: Modern home for a mother and daughter to adapt to the needs of multi-generational living, located in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. The residence is designed to house two adults and two dogs under one roof. This multi-generational dream home provides plenty of space and privacy for the daughter to assist her mom while both maintain independence. Unique cedar and black metal shading elements were created to accentuate the site — including a third level sunroom loft — designed to maximize views of the spectacular Coeur d’Alene lake. The interior is the perfect blend of classic modern and mid-century modern. A minimalist yet refined design with a focus on quality and luxurious natural materials, clean lines, grand proportions, and abundant natural light.
