Location: Old City Hall Building, Spokane, WA
Scope of work: 23,000 square foot remodel to convert existing vacant 5th and 6th floors of the Old City Hall building (on the National Historic Register) to a new office for Coffman Engineers. Project include the layout for 120 offices and workstations, new private stair connection levels 5 and 6, a new Kitchen, multiple Kitchenettes, an all-office meeting space / charrette room, three conference rooms and multiple breakout spaces.
