Description: A twenty-one apartment building located in Spokane’s Browne’s Addition neighborhood. The unique, triangular, lot configuration created an opportunity to create a row house type feel for the walk up units on the west side of the property. The exterior design of the building pulls from the historic surrounding context by incorporating elements such as the metal railings and the exterior masonry. The building features below grade parking for the tenants with an elevator.
