Fernan Hill Residence

Modern home for a mother and daughter to adapt to the needs of multi-generational living, located in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. The residence is designed as a multi-generational home. Cedar and black metal shading elements were created to accentuate the site and maximize views of the spectacular Lake Coeur d’Alene. The interior is a minimalist yet refined design with a focus on quality and luxurious natural materials, clean lines, grand proportions, and abundant natural light.
